Foundation for Leadership Education’s (FLE) primary objectives are to develop and promote an educational leadership curriculum, which can be adopted by all schools in Beaufort County, that will provide a foundation in values and skills from which students are empowered to lead themselves and others in a way that creates positive change. FLE also proudly maintains the Lowcountry Lifetime Achievement Awards program and the Lighthouse Scholarship award.

8th annual LOWCOUNTRY LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARDS
SATURDAY, JANUARY 24, 2026
DATAW ISLAND CLUB
On Saturday evening, January 24, 2026, the Foundation for Leadership Education will host the 8th Annual Lowcountry Lifetime Achievement Awards dinner and awards presentation ceremony at the Dataw Island Club in Beaufort, SC. This elegant evening will honor and celebrate local citizens and their lifetime contributions to the Lowcountry as well as recognize FLE’s 2026 Lighthouse Scholarship recipient. Following dinner and the awards ceremony, the evening was extended into a festive “Cocktails & Celebration” where over 250 attendees will enjoy live music, dancing, and libations. Dress is Black tie optional. Tickets are required and guests are encouraged to sponsor a table of guests.
The Foundation for Leadership Education is a tax exempt non-profit organization as described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code; EIN 82-3284727.
